Where are your products sourced from?
Currently, we are sourcing products crafted in Canada. Every product is curated with intention, thoughtfully selected for a sensory experience that supports calm and balance in everyday life. Our collection is regularly refreshed with new finds to support your journey towards calm.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not currently available.

How do I place an order?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1β2 business days. As a general guide, standard shipping is 5β7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor your delivery.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for you to investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Because we work with a curated selection of brand partners, return policies may vary by product β please refer to each product page for brand partner-specific return details.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sensoryforcalm.com with your order number and the reason for your return. An original receipt or proof of purchase is required. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Please do not return items without contacting us first β depending on the item and brand partner, returns may be sent to Sensory for Calm or directly to our brand partner.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, the item will be inspected and your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and items marked as final sale.
