Return Window

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please check the product page for the specific return window applicable to your item.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sensoryforcalm.com with your order number and the reason for your return. An original receipt or proof of purchase is required. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. Depending on the item and brand partner, we will coordinate the return process on your behalf.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, the item will be inspected and your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Refund processing times may vary by brand partner — please refer to the product page for specific timelines. In most cases, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return being received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs and label availability vary by product and brand partner. Please refer to the product page for details specific to your item. If no prepaid label is provided, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Address

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Depending on the item and brand partner, returns may be sent to Sensory for Calm or directly to our brand partner. We will provide the correct return address when your return is approved.

Exchanges

Some of our brand partners offer exchanges. Please refer to the product page for brand partner-specific exchange details. To initiate an exchange, please contact us first with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will confirm eligibility and coordinate the exchange process on your behalf.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or process a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and items marked as final sale.
